Customers can pre-book bays online up to 28 days in advance.

Customers can book up to, but no more than, 3 bays and 2 times in one day

Guidelines for Using La Grande Mare Golf Performance Centre

Junior applies to golfers aged 16 and under.

Golfers under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Extra care must be taken when swinging golf clubs to safeguard injury, specifically:

Any swings made in the bay must be made on the golf mat.

Only one person may be in a bay at any one time.

Be aware of structural posts, bay dividers, and Trackman Range screens when swinging within the bay.

Golf balls and tees are for use during your practice session only. Taking golf balls from the site is forbidden.

All rental clubs must be returned to the golf reception. Management reserves the right to charge for any golf clubs lost or damaged.

Customers are responsible and liable for any reckless damages caused to the premises.

The management reserves the right to govern the use of all golf facilities as deemed necessary.
Customers reserve a designated time to practice. Should you wish to extend your time, additional charges will apply. Please consult with the front desk before continuing play.
Non-compliance with any of these guidelines may result in restricted use of the Golf Performance Centre.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations or rescheduling of bookings must be made online via the Your Golf Booking system, or at the golf reception at least 24 hours in advance. Please note that if cancellations are made within 24 hours, you will receive a 50% credit that will be applied to your account within 48 hours.
Inclement Weather
The Golf Performance Centre is an all-weather facility. However, if the conditions are not conducive to practice, the range bays will be closed, and golfers will receive an adverse-weather credit to use within 12 months. The decision to close the range bays is at the discretion of the Golf Performance Centre staff.
Gift Cards
Gift cards for the Golf Performance Centre are non-transferable, non-refundable, and will expire after 12 months. No refunds will be given.
Liability
La Grande Mare Golf Performance Centre does not accept liability for accidents or injury due to neglect.
La Grande Mare Golf Performance Centre does not accept responsibility for the loss of or damage to customers’ property at the facility or car park.
La Grande Mare Golf Performance Centre does not accept any responsibility or liability for damages or injuries caused by hitting golf balls over the fence. This includes injury to people, damage to property, vehicles, or other structures outside the driving range. By using the facility, customers accept full responsibility of inherent risks associated with their actions and are liable for any damages caused.
