Ewa has been working as a Personal Trainer at La Grande Mare for almost six years now. She has worked within the fitness industry for well over a decade and has brought a vast amount of knowledge to the Club.
In late 90's she started working with clients who needed to adjust nutrition and activities to their lifestyle and health conditions. For the past 10 years she has been a moderator for a very popular polish fitness forum and advises people with training programmes and nutrition.
Although her career went in the direction of economics and law she always stayed active and had a keen interest in fitness and sport. She spent much time reading books and articles about sport and nutrition which led her to study to become a Level 3 Personal Trainer and Precision Nutrition Level 1 Coach in Exercise Nutrition.
As a teenager she started pistol shooting and had much success during those years of competitions. After a 23 year break she came back into the world of pistol shooting and has continued her success as well as training the Guernsey pistol shooting team for the Island Games who went on to achieve many medals. Ewa has also had success training female bodybuilders, one of whom has achieved a Channel Island Miss Bikini fitness title two years in the row.
As a busy mum of two she has much experience of fitting in short but effective workouts into a hectic lifestyle. She will help you overcome any barriers you may have to help you get the results you want.• Download the Personal Training Tariff
